Mother of two beautiful children, Daphney resides in Cincinnati, Ohio where she co-owns a business incubator for woman owned businesses- Sweet Sistah Splash. It is a shared space that functions as a cultural boutique and community programming space. There she has created/facilitated/co-facilitated hundreds of events over the past 5 years. She is also the Founder/Creative Director for the Midwest Regional Sweet & Natural Fest-an outdoor festival celebrating the love of ethnic beauty, community and culture and Project G.L.O.W- a 6 week program that helps empower young girls through various topics (from friendship building to health & wellness). She also has a background in Community Engagement, Program Coordination & Management, PR consulting for small businesses
Daphney describes herself as a homebody that loves the pulse of vibrant nightlife. She is a friend, sister and daughter to many. Frequenting museums, eating good food, dancing, indigenous cultures, magic, and LOVE are some of the things that make her heart sparkle.
